Limited Capacity filling up

In this class, students learn combinations/sequences on the ground and in the fabric. Some new skills are taught within the sequencing, but the main focus is on quality of movement, transitioning, and musicality. Class will include a movement based warm-up and stretch; skill building; short sequence/combination; and a cool down. This class is meant for intermediate/advanced level students (i.e. able to invert in the air without trouble throughout a class period.) Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that covers the backs of knees and under arms (prevents fabric burn). Leotards or Unitards are highly encouraged. Brande Lee has been training circus/aerial arts since 2009 and specializes in aerial silks, lyra, sling, pole, and hoop dance. Brande is certified in group fitness through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and has received teacher trainings in circus/aerial arts and yoga.
